Removal of existing system
Installation of new condensing boiler to current Corgi and Building Regulations
All pipework and fittings
Up to 8 radiators (heated towel rail in bathroom if required)
Thermostatic radiator valves
Programmer and wireless room thermostat
In-line scale reducer fitted as standard
System thoroughly flushed and cleaned
Inhibitor added for maximum system performance

Upgrade your existing heating system by installing the latest energy efficient boilers.

Power Flush:
Get the most out of your current system by removing sludge and scale with a full powerflush.

Servicing/Installation/Gas Safety Certification
Boiler service - £45
Gas fire service - £40
Back boiler service - £90
Cooker installation - £50 + parts (cooker hoses etc)
Landlord safety certificates - £50 for boiler + £25 for each additional appliance
Boiler Repairs:
Boiler repairs are charged at £40 per hour plus parts. Any parts we use are charged at cost price to the customer, we never add any extra charges.
Emergency Callouts:
We are available 24 hours a day for any gas and plumbing emergency callouts which are charged at the following hourly rates.
8AM - 6PM - £40 per hour
6PM - 10PM - £60 per hour
10PM - 8AM - £80 per hour
